For 2020, we’ve enhanced the programme to offer the best online shopping experience for our Members. The following changes went into effect on April 1st: - All new Jumia Prime Memberships will include Free Delivery on Jumia Food orders as well as the existing Free Shipping benefit on Jumia Express items.
- You will be able to select a 1-Year package, benefiting from 25% Discount on standard pricing. As well as a smaller 1-Week Jumia Prime package.
- Jumia Prime now guarantees fast delivery as the Free shipping eligibility will be linked exclusively to Jumia Express items.
By implementing these changes, Jumia is able to offer an improved, more streamlined service to its Prime Members, delivering quality products, with better packaging via faster delivery. It also means that Free shipping will no longer be available on items sold via any non-Jumia Express vendor. To continue to enjoy your Free Shipping benefits ensure you look for the Jumia Express logo whilst shopping.
