You know, you don't always have to shell out a ton of money to get a nice gift for someone. Yeah, obviously, your dad might want a new set of clubs or your girlfriend might be nagging you for something with diamonds in it, but you know that age old saying, it's the thought that counts? Well, sorry to dad and your SO, but it's the truth. This holiday season you shouldn't feel like you need to shell out all of your hard earned cash just to prove a point. There are plenty of amazing presents you can get anyone in your life to show them you care without upsetting your bank account. |

It seems that Cyber Monday is the gift that keeps on giving. First, there was the day itself, which saw folks offering big deals on Dyson, products under $50, and everything in between. Of course, Amazon was a huge player, with deals galore, notably on Adidas apparel and running shoes. But that was way back in November, you say. What has Cyber Monday done for me lately? Well, friend, here's your answer: It stuck around. Sort of. The day itself may be done, but the deals remain. |
| You know the argument, the one that says that if you buy your own espresso machine, you will save x amount of dollars per day, per month, per year, and you know, it basically pays for the machine! I'll spare you from having to listen to it one more time, as, if you're here on this page, you've accepted that reality and we are starting from an agreed upon place. But what to buy? That's where I come in: I'm here to tell you that DeLonghi's newest Eletta Explore machine is truly the best one on the market. Here's why, at a cool $1,800, I think it's worth it. |

When it comes to getting an alcohol-themed gift for the whiskey lover in your life, do not even try messing around with their preferences. Instead, we have some pointers that'll help you get creative while staying on your whiskey lover's good side: It all boils down to some bourbons or ryes or Irish that are sublime to drink, tools like whiskey glasses that'll make each sip divine, and even a whiskey subscription club that can match their exacting tastes. Ahead, indulge yourself in the best whiskey gifts for those who treat whiskey like it's their religion. |
| If you're anything like me, you're a bad boy. Or, well, you want to be a bad boy. And what's the baddest thing you can do? It's not smoking weed under the bleachers, or burning out in the parking lot of the Piggly Wiggly. No, it's breaking lease agreements. And boy do I have a big one: No fires in the apartment. I'm not talking about candles and incense. I'm talking full-fledged open flames. Not having a built-in fireplace, this injunction seems both reasonable and, in practice, insurmountable, right? Wrong. Because I, an aspiring bad boy, have acquired the XL Concrete Fireplace from Flikr. We reviewed the amazing smaller model last holiday season, but the brand just took it to the next level with this larger (but still smaller-than-you-think) cement fireplace. And thanks to its clever, smokeless operation, having a (safe; always safe!) fire inside my apartment is entirely possible. |

Whether you like it or not, there's a good chance you'll have to do another office secret Santa this year. You know, the game where a group of friends, family members, or coworkers—it's almost always coworkers—pick names from a hat to see who they have to buy a gift for. And it looks like the 2022 holiday season will be filled with these kinds of hard-to-shop-for gift swaps, which means the time is now to start thinking about what to get your fellow game player. |
