Most of us have at least one person in our life who is very difficult to gift. In my family and circle of friends, I'm that person. It's not my fault that I test products for a living, have strong opinions, and then when I finally want something, I just buy it for myself. So when people ask me what I want my answer is always, "There's nothing you can buy me that I don't already have." While it might be annoying for everyone around me, it definitely makes me an expert in gifts for the hard-to-shop-for. Here at Esquire, I've made sure we do our duty finding gifts for the wife who has it all, the man who thinks he has it all, and even those hard-to-please mother-in-laws. |

The stocking stuffer is an oft-forgotten gift. Far from the most popular or best selling gifts you've been plotting to purchase since September, the stocking stuffer is typically relegated to an afterthought. You just fill up the big sock with affordable gifts and call it a day. I'm here to say: Cut that out. There's no better place to surprise your loved ones—be they wife, husband, brother, sister, mother, father, or whoeverthefuck—than the stocking. |

A year before Squid Game (re)captured the world, Netflix invited a group of journalists to a round of diabolical games. It only took a day for me to lose my marbles. |

It's been a while since Kravitz has had a serious partner. He's been one half of many an It Couple over the years—after Bonet, he dated singer and model Vanessa Paradis for five years. He popped the question to Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima in the early 2000s and then got engaged to Nicole Kidman not long after his previous engagement fell apart. He dated Lima's countrymate and fellow lingerie model Barbara Fialho in the 2010s. From the outside, it looked pretty cool. But on the inside, as each relationship failed, Kravitz struggled. He felt cursed. He did have trouble staying faithful in his romantic relationships ("I won't lie to you," he says alongside the admission, hands folded in front of him) and with "being confident that this is the person for me, always thinking something else may be better." |
