Pretty soon, we can only hope to see all of them turn, to paraphrase Shakespeare, like dogs upon their masters. Almost daily, more details leak out indicating that the events of January 6 were approximately as spontaneous as Operation Overlord. On Monday, Politico had the latest witness for the prosecution. Here's something I do believe: if the January 6 committee is behind leaking this memo to Politico, it likely has done so as a warning shot to all concerned that it has evidence that Matthews is right about the IG report, and that people have already lied to Congress, and that they had good reason to do so.
