Levi's probably gives you too many options. Classic cuts, skinny cuts, wide cuts. Then you get into the numbers (501, 511, 555) and tab colors (red, orange, silver) and it gets messy. Not to mention the fact that 501s today are cut differently than the 501s you grew up with, but now Levi's makes 501s based on famous iterations, and you start to think: Are the jeans I'm buying even really the jeans I want? If you've ever felt paralyzed by choice, or just want to see what the current Levi's catalog looks like, I put together an explainer on just about every Levi's model and which ones are worth buying. You're welcome. — Luke Guillory, commerce editor |
